Urban Legend Number 5. You must keep getting BoTox otherwise the lines and wrinkles become even worse!
Also incorrect.
B.tox is expected to be effective for up to 3 months. Any injections after the initial one usually last a little longer. Gradually as muscle strength returns to normal, the wrinkles will return bit by bit. But they will certainly be no deeper than before.
In fact any lines will more often than not be softer than if you had never had BoTox – even if you never repeat the treatment. Mainly due to the fact that your skin has had a ‘wrinkle holiday’ during the therapy.
